I am Natacha Dacine—Haitian immigrant, multilingual operations leader, ICF Certified Coach, 2024 Business Elite 40 Under 40 Honoree, and AI Systems Consultant with more than 15 years of experience leading mission-driven programs across nonprofit, workforce development, international development, and community impact sectors.
From Port-au-Prince to Silicon Valley and now Sacramento, I have helped organizations navigate growth, strengthen operations, and create meaningful impact.
Most recently, I managed a $2M California Workforce Development Board-funded program, leading cross-sector partnerships, ensuring 100% grant compliance, and supporting hundreds of individuals on their path to employment and economic mobility.
